Today we finally had a nice day here in London, with no rain forecast so I managed to get some woodwork done!

Unfortunately, it wasn’t a full day as recent storms meant I had a fence to fix, but nevertheless the woodwork is underway!

Got all of the rough cuts done so essentially at a good base point where I don’t have to lug around 8×4’s any more, and the best thing is, it’s starting to look like an arcade cabinet!!

Few lessons learned already – biggest lesson was that circular saw blades are thicker and more destructive than you think… leave more space from your lines than you think you need!!

I also discovered that my new favorite tool is a jigsaw!! So much fun to use, creams through the wood like a knife through butter.
